Cancellation, modification and refund policy

Please read these conditions carefully before booking. Any reservation made implies full acceptance of these conditions, without exception.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via our website or via any other direct booking channel, unless more restrictive specific conditions are imposed by certain third-party platforms.

Any reservation made on our website is considered firm and definitive as soon as it has been validated, even in the absence of immediate payment.

Validation of a reservation constitutes a contractual commitment by the customer, obliging him to pay the sums due in accordance with the conditions below.
Overnight bookings
  • All overnight bookings require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount, payable within 24 hours of booking.
  • In the event of non-payment within this period, the reservation remains due and may be cancelled by the establishment to the exclusive detriment of the customer, without prejudice to any sums due.
  • The sums paid constitute a down payment and not a deposit.
  • Any request for cancellation, for whatever reason, will result in: the definitive loss of the deposit, or the loss of all sums already paid if these exceed the deposit.
  • No refunds, postponements or credit notes will be issued.
  • The full balance of the booking must be paid before any request to change the date.
  • No travel can be guaranteed. In case of impossibility, no compensation will be due.
  • In the event of booking via external platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Dayuse, etc.), the cancellation conditions specific to these platforms also apply, and may be more restrictive. The user undertakes to read them before booking.
  • In exceptional circumstances, and subject to our prior agreement, a date change may be considered if requested at least 20 days in advance.
    In this case, a change fee will be applied, and the new rate corresponding to the chosen date may be adjusted upwards. No guarantee of availability can be given.
  • All options purchased (such as breakfast, romantic decorations, massage, champagne, etc.) are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or no-show.

    In the event of no-show on the scheduled date, without prior notification in accordance with the above-mentioned deadlines, all sums due are retained by the establishment, with no possibility of refund or postponement.
  • Day reservations
  • Day bookings require payment of 100% of the total amount, due within 24 hours of booking.
  • In the event of non-payment within this period, the reservation remains due and may be cancelled by the establishment to the exclusive detriment of the customer, without refund.
  • Any request for cancellation, whatever the cause, will result in the total and definitive loss of the amount due.
  • No refunds, postponements or credit notes will be issued.
  • Any request to change the date: must be made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date; is subject to availability and the express agreement of the establishment; will incur a change fee.
  • If it is impossible to make a change, no compensation or alternative will be offered.

    In the event of the customer's failure to show up on the scheduled date, without prior notification in accordance with the above-mentioned deadlines, all sums due will be retained by the establishment, with no possibility of reimbursement or postponement.
  • Gift vouchers, promotional offers and special packages
  • Gift vouchers, competition bookings, promotional codes or special offers are not exchangeable, refundable or extendable, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.
  • Vouchers or bookings not used within the validity period are considered lost, with no possibility of deferral or credit.
  • Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
  • No reimbursement will be made in the event of impediment due to an event beyond our control (e.g. illness, vehicle breakdown, strike, bad weather, etc.).
  • In the event of exceptional closure of the center for technical or administrative reasons, a reprogramming solution will be proposed to the customer within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Sovereignty clause and acceptance
    By confirming a reservation, the user accepts the entirety of these conditions and acknowledges that any derogation is at the exclusive discretion of the company. The present conditions apply by right and cannot be interpreted in favor of the customer in the event of a dispute.
    Divisibility
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified and construed to achieve the objectives of such provision to the maximum extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    Waiver
    Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise any right or require performance of any obligation under these Terms shall not affect the ability of any party to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of any breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
    Translation Interpreting
    These terms and conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
    Modifications to these terms and conditions
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please discontinue using the website and the service.
