Refund policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service or making a reservation.
This section sets out the conditions applicable to the cancellation, modification or refund of bookings made via our website or via partner platforms.
Overnight bookings
  • Any cancellation made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be reimbursed, regardless of the circumstances.
  • In the case of bookings made via external platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Dayuse, etc.), the cancellation conditions specific to these platforms also apply, and may be more restrictive. The user undertakes to familiarize himself/herself with these terms and conditions prior to booking.
  • A request to change a date may, in exceptional circumstances and subject to our prior agreement, be considered.
    In this case, a change fee will be applied, and the new rate corresponding to the chosen date may be adjusted upwards. No guarantee of availability can be given.
  • All options (such as breakfast, romantic decor, massage, champagne, etc.) are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or no-show.
    • Day reservations
  • Day bookings are payable in full at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable.
  • Subject to availability, a request to reschedule may be considered free of charge, with no obligation on our part. A processing fee may apply.
    No compensation or alternative is due in the event of a change being impossible.
    • Gift vouchers, promotional offers and special packages
  • Gift vouchers, competition bookings, promotional codes or special offers are not exchangeable, refundable or extendable, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.
  • Vouchers or bookings not used within the validity period are considered lost, with no possibility of deferral or credit.
    • Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
  • No reimbursement will be made in the event of impediment due to an event beyond our control (e.g. illness, vehicle breakdown, strike, bad weather, etc.).
  • In the event of exceptional closure of the center for technical or administrative reasons, a reprogramming solution will be proposed to the customer within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Sovereignty clause and acceptance
    By confirming a reservation, the user accepts the entirety of these conditions and acknowledges that any derogation is at the exclusive discretion of the company. The present conditions apply by right and cannot be interpreted in favor of the customer in the event of a dispute.
    Divisibility
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified and construed to achieve the objectives of such provision to the maximum extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    Waiver
    Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise any right or require performance of any obligation under these Terms shall not affect the ability of any party to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of any breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
    Translation Interpreting
    These terms and conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
    Modifications to these terms and conditions
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please discontinue using the website and the service.
